In order to do that within our modern day lifes, perhaps motherhood and responsibilities, we have to eliminate certain behaviours, people that don’t lift us, prioritize tasks to create as much spaciousness, as we can.

In those 6-weeks you assign to yourself. If caring for others always came easier, this might feel very radical, and even more so needed.

Remember what didn’t work in the past. I invite you to tap into your curiousity and see it as a play and experimentation, after all, the period is limited.

I offer you an embodied structure to curate your individual journey according to your intention, ability and responsibilities. You will be able to extract, your most important pillars and show up with love and integrity for them, whilst holding yourself most high, even in the maddest of times.
